How to do that:
Ingredients
1/2 lb. crab meat
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. hot water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can of corn, drained (whole or cream)
Preparation Instructions
- Melt butter over low heat in medium sauce pan.
- Stirring constantly add flour, water, bouillon cube & milk. Cook until thick.
- Add corn and gently stir in crab meat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly.
