Corn & Crab Chowder ( Filipino Recipes )

How to do that: 
 

Ingredients

1/2 lb. crab meat
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. hot water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can of corn, drained (whole or cream)
Preparation Instructions

  1. Melt butter over low heat in medium sauce pan.
  2. Stirring constantly add flour, water, bouillon cube & milk. Cook until thick.
  3. Add corn and gently stir in crab meat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly.
