How To:
1 pkg. Phillips Crab and Shrimp Chowder
2 c. dry (about 6oz.) penne pasta
Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste
Preparation Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Do not overcook. Drain and shock in cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- Defrost chowder according to package directions.
- Heat over medium high for 10-12 minutes or until slightly thickened, do not boil, stir often. Stir in cooked pasta and heat thoroughly.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
